Your Opportunity

We're looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Support Officer to join our dynamic Quality Assurance team. This is a full-time, permanent role, ideal for someone who has a keen eye for detail, a passion for process, and wants to grow in the quality and compliance field.

You'll play a key role in supporting our internal and external audit programs, document management systems, and archive activities to help ensure compliance with GLP, GCLP, and ISO17025 standards.

What You'll Do

In this varied and hands-on role, you'll:

Support Document Control

  • Assist with formatting, referencing, and flow-mapping SOPs and other controlled documents
  • Train staff on document processes in our electronic QMS (eQMS)
  • Ensure records are managed, backed up, and compliant
  • Report on compliance trends across teams

Assist in Internal & External Audits

  • Support QA auditors with audits by reviewing records and documentation
  • Draft audit findings and manage audit room logistics
  • Coordinate documentation for sponsor and regulatory inspections

Coordinate QA Training Activities

  • Schedule and set up training sessions
  • Maintain training records and calendars
  • Track refresher and onboarding training needs

Lead Archiving Activities

  • Manage onsite and offsite archiving of study data and facility records
  • Maintain inventory systems and ensure secure access
  • Guide staff on archiving protocols and help draft related SOPs

General QA Support

  • Take meeting minutes
  • Provide admin support to the QA team and leadership

About You

We're looking for someone who brings energy, precision, and a drive to learn. You might be a recent graduate, a junior QA professional, or an admin with exposure to scientific or regulated environments.

You'll bring:

  • A strong interest in quality systems and regulatory compliance
  • Great attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures
  • Clear communication and solid writing skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive team
  • A bachelor's degree (preferred but not essential), ideally in a life sciences field
