Medical Receptionist – MINT Clinic

Join our warm, supportive, and fun team in a beautiful clinic setting. Part time position - Monday and Tuesday with additional holiday and leave coverage.

About the Role

We are seeking a career Medical Receptionist to join our team. Working two days a week (Monday and Tuesday) this role is pivotal to ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic and delivering a high standard of service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional front-desk support, including greeting patients, answering phones, and managing appointments.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and handle billing efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to support day-to-day operations.
  • Problem-solve and adapt to the dynamic needs of a busy clinic.

What We're Looking For

  • Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of experience in a GP clinic medical reception role.
  • Proficient in using Mac computers.
  • Highly efficient, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Conscientious with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Friendly, positive, kind, and flexible attitude.
  • A strong commitment to diligence and delivering excellent patient service.
