Position Vacant: Full-Time Sales Team Member – Family-Owned Flooring Company

The Role:
As a Sales Team Member, you'll be the face of our showroom—helping customers choose the perfect flooring solutions for their homes and businesses. You'll work closely with a tight-knit team and enjoy a variety of tasks, from customer service and sales to showroom presentation and product knowledge.

Position Details:

  1. Full-time: Monday to Friday, plus 1 Saturday per month

  2. Above award wage – we value your experience and commitment

  3. On-the-job training and support provided

  4. Opportunities for growth within the business

What We're Looking For:

  1. A friendly, approachable personality with a customer-first attitude

  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  3. Sales or retail experience (flooring experience a bonus, but not essential)

  4. A team player who's also confident working independently

  5. Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
