We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team.
- This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work day/nights and weekends across a Monday-Sunday roster.
- Provide exceptional customer service through meaningful interactions with customers.
- Sell premium products with the ability to highlight features, benefits and care instructions.
- Maintain a high standard of store presentation by merchandising and replenishing stock according to company standards.
- Achieve sales and key performance indicators (KPIs) through consultation, service, visuals and brand inspiration.
About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, selling premium products, and maintaining a high standard of store presentation.

- Store Presentation: Maintain a high standard of store presentation by merchandising and replenishing stock according to company standards.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and KPI targets, participating in visual merchandising and stock management activities.
