George Street New South Wales, Australia BOQ Group Full time $120,000 - $180,000 per year

About The Role
We have exciting opportunity for an experienced Regulatory Reporting Manager to join BOQ Group

This position is a permanent opportunity within the Bank's Group Finance division and is responsible for ensuring the Bank's regulatory reporting requirements are met and that systems and controls are continually developed to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate reporting to APRA and other government agencies.

To be successful in this role, you will join us with a strong understanding of reporting obligations organisations like BOQ must meet. You can follow processes but are not afraid to question the status quo.

About You
You are a CPA or CA qualified professional with proven experience in regulatory reporting within the banking sector. Your deep understanding of prudential standards—or alternatively, strong knowledge of accounting standards—positions you to navigate complex reporting requirements with confidence. You bring advanced technical capabilities, including spreadsheet modelling, database management, and ideally SQL and macro development skills, enabling you to deliver accurate and insightful regulatory reports.

Your ability to build and manage relationships across a wide range of stakeholders—both internal and external—is a key strength. You communicate with clarity and precision, whether in writing or verbally, and are known for your collaborative approach and strategic mindset. You thrive in fast-paced environments, consistently demonstrating initiative and a commitment to excellence in regulatory compliance and financial governance.
