The Opportunity

This is a fantastic chance to work in a supportive, hands-on environment where your skills will be valued and developed. You'll be involved in the fabrication of steel components for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, working with a team that takes pride in craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fabricate and assemble steel structures and components
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and plans
  • Operate welding and cutting equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
  • Learn and grow under the guidance of experienced tradespeople (for apprentices)

What We're Looking For Qualified Boilermakers

  • Trade qualification in Boilermaking or Fabrication
  • Experience in MIG welding and structural steel fabrication
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Apprentices:

  • Genuine interest in steel fabrication and welding
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Good work ethic and reliability
  • Completion of Year 10 or higher preferred
