Guided by the rule, "if it's worth brewing; it's worth brewing well," our Ginger Beer is still craft-brewed in the Australian town that shares its name to a traditional recipe, using locally sourced ginger.

Bundaberg Brewed Drinks has an exciting vacancy availablefor anApprentice Boilermakerlocated here in Bundaberg.

What will you be doing?

As an Apprentice Boilermaker, you will support the Engineeringdepartment deliver performance and efficiency through maintenance and continuous improvement of machinery and equipment whilst studying the theoretical components of the apprenticeship through a registered training provider such as TAFE.

About you:

  • Must be completing Year 12 this year, or within the last 2 years.
  • Have completed a Certificate II in Engineering.
  • Must have Drivers Licence (P1 or above)
  • Have own reliable transport to and from work.
  • Excellent results in Numeracy and Literacy subjects.
  • Work Experience in related field outside of school (desirable)
  • Be committed to attending TAFE and passing all theory and practical training requirements of an apprenticeship.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Model a positive 'can do' approach to work.
  • Good attention to detail and can receive and follow instructions clearly.
  • Reliability, honesty & good work ethic is essential.
  • Committed to working in a safe environment and following safety procedures.

This position will commence in December 2025.

As part of your employment the successful candidate will undertake a pre-employment medical including Drug & Alcohol testing and a criminal record check.
