Employment Type: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract | Open to 0.8 FTE or Full Time
Salary: $120,000–$130,000 p.a. (pro-rata, based on experience) + Superannuation

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Procurement and Sustainability Manager to join our team on a fixed-term basis. This pivotal role, reporting to the Head of Commercial, will play a central part in shaping how we source, supply, and sustain our operations across the country.
About the Role
This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on leading procurement and supply chain activities across our venues while embedding sustainable practices throughout. You'll be responsible for:
Developing and implementing end-to-end procurement strategies for food, beverage, services and operational supplies
Managing supplier relationships and negotiations to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, efficiencies and continuity of supply
Overseeing the supply chain and logistics across all venues
Driving sustainability initiatives across the supply chain in line with our environmental and social goals
Collaborating closely with chefs, venue managers, and executive leadership to align supply chain operations with business needs
Identifying and implementing process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness
About You
You are an experienced supply chain and procurement professional, ideally with a background in hospitality, foodservice, or retail. You're equally comfortable in the boardroom and the storeroom, and you're passionate about sustainable sourcing and operational excellence.
You bring:
Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in hospitality or foodservice
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
Knowledge of sustainability principles and experience implementing sustainable procurement practices
Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site business environment
Willingness to travel frequently across Australia and internationally as needed
A proactive, collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
