Employment Type: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract | Open to 0.8 FTE or Full Time 

Salary: $120,000–$130,000 p.a. (pro-rata, based on experience) + Superannuation

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Procurement and Sustainability Manager to join our team on a fixed-term basis. This pivotal role, reporting to the Head of Commercial, will play a central part in shaping how we source, supply, and sustain our operations across the country.

About the Role 

This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on leading procurement and supply chain activities across our venues while embedding sustainable practices throughout. You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing end-to-end procurement strategies for food, beverage, services and operational supplies

  • Managing supplier relationships and negotiations to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, efficiencies and continuity of supply

  • Overseeing the supply chain and logistics across all venues

  • Driving sustainability initiatives across the supply chain in line with our environmental and social goals

  • Collaborating closely with chefs, venue managers, and executive leadership to align supply chain operations with business needs

  • Identifying and implementing process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness

About You 

You are an experienced supply chain and procurement professional, ideally with a background in hospitality, foodservice, or retail. You're equally comfortable in the boardroom and the storeroom, and you're passionate about sustainable sourcing and operational excellence.

You bring:

  • Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in hospitality or foodservice

  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

  • Knowledge of sustainability principles and experience implementing sustainable procurement practices

  • Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site business environment

  • Willingness to travel frequently across Australia and internationally as needed

  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
