We are a leading solar hot water and solar power system supplier in the Outer Eastern Melbourne region.
We are looking for a team player to join our small Team.
The successful applicant will be someone who is self-motivated and eager to learn. You will have excellent organisational skills, and enjoy a fast-paced, challenging environment. You will have to be able to multi-task and think on your feet.
What are we seeking?
This role is a fulltime permanent position.
You will be responsible for:
- Be a direct point of contact for customers.
- Processing of customer's installations, service calls, and rebates. Prior experience in the renewable energy sector highly regarded.
- Coordinate Incoming inquiries and managing customer expectations.
- Be a first point of contact for new and existing customers. This role is 50/50 phone and administrations duties (approx.)
- Learn Solar Power & Battery System monitoring and be able to direct the next actions to manage the customer inquiry.
- Book-keeping skills would also be desirable, but not essential for the role
What do we need?
Applicants who have solid organisation and time management skills, are task orientated with administrative and computer skills would suit this role.
A minimum of 5+ years of administrative experience is required for this position.
Essential computer software skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and accounting software.
Most of all, you need to be bubbly, energetic and have a willingness to learn everything thrown at you.
