The Opportunity

As part of an elite competition and regulatory practice, you'll handle some of the most sophisticated antitrust and competition matters in Australia and beyond.

Expect exposure to:

  • Multijurisdictional merger control and regulatory filings;
  • Cartel and behavioural investigations;
  • Market dominance, compliance, and advisory work;
  • Litigation and disputes arising from complex market conduct issues.

You'll collaborate with talented colleagues locally and across international offices, gaining experience that few environments can offer. This is intellectually stimulating, high-stakes work, where your insights will make a real difference.

About You

We're looking for an ambitious lawyer who's passionate about competition law and global regulatory work. You'll bring:

  • 2-6 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) from a top-tier or leading competition practice;
  • Strong technical grounding and analytical skills;
  • Excellent drafting and advisory capability;
  • Commercial acumen and confidence working directly with clients;
  • A collaborative mindset and curiosity to learn from complex, cross-border matters.
