The role:

The Administration and Daily Operations Officer (Junior School) provides high level organisational, operational and administrative support to the Deputy Principal Junior School and the Head of Primary School, aligned to the School's strategic priorities. They will promote positive interpersonal communication in all interactions with members of the School community, modelling cheerful, prompt service and the capacity to manage demanding circumstances.

The Administration and Daily Operations Officer (Junior School) is also responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the Primary School, in relation to the allocation of extra supervision to cover the classes of absent teachers.

This is a full time, permanent  position commencing in Term 1 2026, working Monday to Friday, 6.45 am to 2.45 pm.

Requirements:

This role requires an enthusiastic and proactive individual with experience in administration and operational support. You will have strong technology skills, particularly in the use of databases, email, and the MS Office and Google suites, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A high level of attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes are essential. As this position involves daily interaction with staff, students, families, and external stakeholders, exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills are key to success in this role.
