Main Duties

· Conduct detailed skin assessments for clients to analyse skin types, conditions, and concerns.

· Provide personalised skincare and treatment recommendations based on client needs and skin analysis results.

· Perform facial treatments using appropriate skincare products tailored to the client's selected service.

· Deliver body treatments using essential oils and other therapeutic products with targeted benefits.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date client treatment records and adjust treatment plans according to client feedback and results.

· Recommend and promote suitable skincare products to clients to support at-home care and ongoing treatment goals.

· Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in accordance with hygiene and professional standards.

Required:

Qualification

Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or related field, or at least 2 years' experience.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in a spa or salon environment.

Skills

· Warm, professional communication and a strong focus on client comfort and care

· Confidence in delivering personalised consultations and recommending effective skincare and treatment plans

· Proficiency in a range of beauty services including facials, waxing, brow shaping, tinting, tanning, and nail application

· Strong knowledge of skincare products and ability to promote suitable care solutions

· Experience in skin analysis and tailoring treatments to suit different skin types and conditions

· High attention to detail and consistency in treatment delivery and overall presentation

· Excellent hygiene practices and strict adherence to safety and infection control standards

· Accurate maintenance of client records and ability to adjust treatments based on feedback and progress

· A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

· Professional grooming, reliability, and openness to learning and continuous improvement

· Flexibility to work weekends and across a range of shift times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
