What You'll Be Doing

You'll be a key part of our salon experience, delivering high-quality treatments and helping clients feel confident and empowered. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing a range of beauty treatments including – massages, facials, brows & lashes, waxing, body contouring (full training provided), makeup application, and skin needling.
• Open and close the salon.
• Creating a warm, welcoming experience from open to close.
• Performing general salon cleaning, housekeeping and reception duties.
• Achieve and maintain high client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and personalised treatment plans.
• Meeting and exceeding KPIs for client retention, treatment efficiency, and clients satisfaction and feedback.
• Recommending home care products to support clients' ongoing skincare routines, contributing to retail sales targets.
• Keeping accurate treatment notes and managing appointment schedules.
• Participating in regular training and upskilling opportunities.
• Ensuring the highest hygiene and safety standards are met at all times.

About You / What We're Looking For:

• A qualified Beauty Therapist – MUST have at least 1 year experience in the role.
• Qualification in Beauty Therapy or similar is required.
• You must already be able to perform the following treatments:

– ALL Body Waxing

– Brow Lamination & Waxing

– Lash Lifts & Tints

– Facials

– Massage

– Makeup Application

• Friendly, bubbly, and reliable.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine love for client care.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mentality.
• A desire to grow within a supportive and forward-thinking salon.
• Willing to work evening or night shifts.
• Every Saturday is required.
• Experienced in product sales and client consultations.
• Capable of working towards KPIs and sales targets.
• Open to learning, refining your skills and undergo further training.

Job Type

• Full-time or part-time available.
• Based in Alphington (33 Mills Boulevard) when needed but be able to commute to Ringwood (235 Maroondah Highway)

Schedule: Flexible hours

Experience: Qualification required. 1 year experience needed.

Licence/Certification: Drivers Licence (Preferred)
