About the Role

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Maintain product data accuracy, manage new line paperwork, and coordinate updates with suppliers.
  • Support pricing activities including retail pricing reviews and competitive checks.
  • Prepare promotional materials such as catalogues and off-location display advice.
  • Assist in proofing catalogues and coordinating supplier artwork approvals.
  • Act as a day-to-day contact for suppliers and stores, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Attend supplier meetings, prepare agendas, take notes and track actions.
  • Communicate category updates, planogram changes, and promotional plans to store teams.
  • Support internal communications such as newsletter briefs and system updates (e.g., BIR).
  • Manage incoming queries from suppliers and stores by phone and email.
  • Adhere to health, safety and wellbeing policies and complete all required training.
Skills & Experience:
  • 1–2 years' experience in an administrative, buying, or category support role (preferably in retail or pharmacy)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with suppliers, marketing, and store teams.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a team-oriented attitude.
  • Experience with product cataloguing or merchandising systems is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while maintaining accountability.
