Australasian Facilities Management (AFM) is a trusted provider of soft facilities management services, specialising in gutter cleaning, water damage restoration, and mould remediation. We are seeking a motivated Operational Supervisor with the ambition to step into an Operational Manager role within 2–3 years. This is an exciting growth pathway for a leader who thrives in a fast-moving, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise field teams across cleaning, restoration, and remediation jobs.
  • Ensure strict compliance with WHS and IICRC standards.
  • Plan and allocate resources, including staff and specialised equipment (dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, etc.).
  • Conduct site inspections and quality assurance before job handovers.
  • Provide progress updates and final reports to clients.
  • Mentor, train, and upskill team members.
  • Support the development of operational systems to prepare for management role.

  • Trade or facilities management background (water damage/mould experience highly valued).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $72,352.14 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
