Marjorie Mann Lawley Day Care is a much-loved, community-based not-for-profit centre with a proud history of providing high-quality education and care in Mount Lawley. About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Educator to join our Babies Room team. This is a rare opportunity for a full-time role in our centre.

As an integral part of our team, you will:

  • Support the Room Leader to deliver high-quality care and education
  • Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Create safe, inspiring, play-based learning environments that respond to children's strengths and interests
  • Champion children's rights and voices, supporting their growth as capable, independent learners
  • Contribute to our centre's commitment to leadership, sustainability, reconciliation, and continuous improvement
About You

You are an educator who:

  • Holds a minimum Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Is passionate about the early years and the unique needs of infants and toddlers
  • Brings creativity, curiosity, and energy to your teaching
  • Thrives in a collaborative team and values strong professional relationships
  • Shares our belief that play-based learning is the best foundation for children's future success
