WE ARE LOOKING FOR PASSIONATE, PATIENT AND LOVING Diploma Qualified and Certificate 111 EDUCATORS at our wonderful Service in the heart of Ardross to join our Family Tree Community.

Your role will be expected to work closely with you being able to take lead of your team, supporting, role modelling, valuing and sharing your love of Early Childhood. You will be supported and guided by both the Centre Director and Curriculum Leader as collaboration is paramount.  You will be joining a company where passion, transparency, and integrity are forefront in everything we do. This role has the potential to grow into an Educational Leader role for the perfect candidate.

In this position you will aim to deliver the highest possible care and education to all children, their families and fellow team members.  You will have exceptional time management skills and be prepared to tune in to all children's needs and curiosities.

The successful applicant must have a some understanding of the Pedagogy of Listening and be able to actively share your understanding of 'listening.'  You must be an open learner and be able to role model the importance of continuous improvement.

You will need to work harmoniously in a team where successful communication, mutual respect and transparency always occurs.  Suitable applicants must be able to meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a minimum of Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Certificate 111
  • Previous experience as a room leader or experience within the industry.
  • Use your amazing coaching techniques to help develop reflective practices.
  • Have a collaborative and inclusive approach to working in a team.
  • Be open minded to learn more about our Pedagogical values 'Listen, Love, Laugh and Learn.'
  • Identify areas of improvement and be able to make a change.
  • Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace.
  • Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
  • Above all be passionate about living a healthy lifestyle as this is imperative to be a role model for the children, families and fellow team members.
  • Be available to work 7.00am to 6.00pm.
