  • Utilize your ability to read and interpret plans, including contour plans and site plans, to assist clients in making informed decisions.
  • Provide top-tier customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout their journey.
  • Demonstrate your knowledge of the construction process to guide clients seamlessly.
  • Work a roster from Tuesday to Saturday, offering flexibility and availability to meet client needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Real estate knowledge is highly regarded.
  • Town planning expertise is very highly regarded.
  • Exhibit excellent computer skills to manage client information and project details efficiently.
  • Proven understanding of construction processes and principles.
