About the role

Queensland House Removers' are seeking a Qualified Carpenter to join our team in Caboolture, QLD. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for finishing homes after they have been transported to site, also working within our sister company Wright Choice Homes, refitting stairs, decks etc to new homes once they have been relocated.

You will be required to occasionally stayaway,

Will take on a team - main carpenter with a apprentice.

Position is open to both ABN holders or those looking for on the books employment

What you'll be doing

  • Carry out all carpentry work required for house removal and relocation projects

  • Carry out carpentry work on new built homes

  • Must have own tools and own vehicle

  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety

What we're looking for

  • Trade qualified in Carpentry

  • Experience and knowledge in all aspects of carpentry

  • Strong practical skills and attention to detail

  • Experience working on new homes and renovation/house removal

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • A commitment to safety and quality workmanship
