About the role
  • Partnering closely with our Chief Member Officer and other key stakeholders
  • Designing and delivering clear and effective internal communications relevant to the Program
  • Identifying key stakeholders to uplift awareness and support of the Program
  • Providing strategic communications advice as required to ensure content is meaningful, clear and reflective of Cbus' strategy and priorities
  • Monitoring and report on communications effectiveness and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • A small part of your role will be supporting BAU communication activities for the Chief Member Officer eg. Townhall, Divisional messages, Intranet articles etc
Your Experience and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in internal communications strategy and execution for a large-scale transformation project
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities at senior level
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • A high level of initiative and the ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
  • A tertiary qualification in a communications, public relations, journalism or related background is preferred.
