The Role

This is a rare opportunity to join a premier law firm's Banking & Finance team, working alongside some of the sharpest minds in the industry. You'll be involved in:

  • Structuring and advising on sophisticated finance transactions
  • Drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, and financing structures
  • Acting for major banks, private lenders, corporate borrowers, and institutional investors
  • Handling transactions in sectors such as renewable energy, infrastructure, and commercial property
  • Collaborating with a high-performing national team on complex, high-value deals.

Recent deals have included financing support for billion-dollar cross-border acquisitions, a first-of-its-kind renewable energy PPP project and large scale syndicated lending involving a major suite of major domestic and international banks. 

Who We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years' post-admission experience in banking and finance law
  • Exposure to a range of financing structures and lender/borrower work
  • Experience at a top-tier or well-regarded mid-tier firm
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen, with a keen eye for detail
  • A proactive, collaborative approach, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
