Role Overview:

As a Delivery & Dispatch Team Member, you'll play a key role in getting products to our customers—safely, efficiently, and with great service. You'll handle deliveries, assist with dispatch operations, and help keep our logistics running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate delivery trucks (including heavy combination vehicles) for customer and site deliveries
  • Load and unload vehicles using a forklift
  • Pick and pack orders for delivery or collection
  • Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate with customers and the team to coordinate deliveries
  • Assist with dispatch and warehouse duties as needed
  • Maintain vehicles and equipment in clean, safe condition
  • Support general store and team operations as required

What You'll Need:

  • Valid HC (Heavy Combination) driver's licence (essential)
  • Valid forklift licence (essential)
  • Safe manual handling skills; physically fit to load/unload
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-friendly
  • Good communication skills
  • Right to work in Australia
  • Willingness to work rostered shifts, including early starts
  • Willingness to complete required training
  • Ability to pass a police check and pre-employment medical assessment

Employment Terms:

  • Position offered on a full-time basis
  • Rostered hours: 38 Per week. Additional hours may be available by agreement
