Printing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced printing specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

As a printing specialist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining digital and large-format printing equipment. Your primary goal will be to produce high-quality prints efficiently while supporting production targets and deadlines. You must adhere to safety, quality, and operational standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain digital and large-format printing equipment to deliver high-quality output efficiently.
  • Monitor print quality and perform routine maintenance to avoid downtime.
  • Work closely with the production team to meet daily output targets and deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate major ones when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of job runs, materials, and machine usage.
  • Support finishing tasks as needed, including trimming, guillotining, padding, binding, die cutting, folding, laminating, UV coating, packing, Scoring and Perforation.

Requirements:

  • Experience in operating and maintaining digital and large-format printing equipment.
  • Knowledge of Lean principles.
  • Manufacturing industry experience.
  • Printing industry experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

OHS Responsibilities:
