Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Print Production Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining digital and large-format printing equipment to produce high-quality prints efficiently.

The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and calibrate printers based on job specifications and order requirements
  • Monitor print quality and perform routine maintenance to avoid downtime
  • Work closely with the production team to meet daily output targets and deadlines
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate major ones when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of job runs, materials, and machine usage

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Essential Skills:
  • Experience working with digital and large-format printing equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Able to lift 20kg and work at heights
  • Australian residency or citizenship
