Let's create a brighter future together, let's make a difference
It's important to know, what you do matters. At Zurich, we don't just cover, we care.

As a Senior Product Manager in Zurich's Zx division, you will lead the end-to-end success of a digital product—from shaping strategy and defining outcomes to launching innovative solutions. You'll identify customer problems worth solving, run experiments, and use data and research to inform decisions. Working in a product trio with design and engineering, you'll test assumptions, iterate quickly, and bring high-impact experiences to market.

This is a hands-on role that blends strategic thinking with execution. You'll be accountable for product health, customer and business outcomes, and continuously improving through insight and experimentation. Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you'll play a key role in helping Zurich realise its ambition to become Australia's Leading Digital Insurer.

You will also be responsible for the following:

  • Defining and evangelising a clear, data-informed product strategy and roadmap.
  • Leading product discovery through customer research, experimentation, and market analysis.
  • Aligning product outcomes with business OKRs and driving delivery against them.
  • Championing operational excellence and maintaining high standards of product quality.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and launch innovative solutions.
  • Promoting product practices, AI adoption, and emerging technologies across Zurich.

Important to your success – let's grow together
A curious, high-agency product leader who thrives in ambiguity, is passionate about solving meaningful problems, and puts customers at the centre of everything they do.

In order to be successful, you will have the following:

  • 5–10 years of product management experience, ideally across both startup and enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to scale products and navigate complex ecosystems.
  • Strong collaboration skills with design and engineering teams.
  • Experience with AI technologies, especially agentic use cases, is highly regarded.
  • A data-driven mindset with comfort in both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Commercial acumen paired with a relentless focus on customer delight.

Belong. Zurich is here to support you
There are so many reasons why Zurich is a great place to be and the right choice for you, but here are just a few.

  • Benefit from a hybrid working arrangement – 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home per week for full-time employees.
  • Access programs to stay healthy and feel healthier, receive an AUD$500 wellbeing payment per year, and a AUD$295 new starter e-voucher for your work-from-home setup (flex work - hybrid working), along with other great benefits through our Shine portal.
