About the roleWe’re looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Product Manager who thrives in fast‑paced, scale‑up environments and knows what it takes to deliver high quality outcomes on time.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of delivering new products and features end to end, playing a key part in shaping Shift’s roadmap. You’ll work cross‑functionally with developers, designers, business stakeholders and senior leadership to bring great ideas to life and drive measurable business outcomes.

What you’ll do

- Define and own the product roadmap, aligned to customer needs and business goals

- Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle in an Agile environment – from ideation to delivery and iteration

- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather insights and align on priorities

- Design, prototype, and test new features and enhancements in collaboration with cross‑functional teams

- Prioritise and manage the product backlog, ensuring it’s always refined and ready for development

- Work with engineers, QA and other team members to deliver on key initiatives

- Monitor and report on key success metrics for product releases and feature adoption

- Take ownership and drive corrective action for initiatives that aren’t tracking to plan

What you’ll have

- 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner/Manager in tech‑driven environments

- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

- A background working on complex, customer‑focused digital products with multiple flows and integrations

- Ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands‑on delivery mindset

- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills – from developers to senior executives

- A data‑informed mindset – you understand customer needs through data and feedback

- Experience working across multiple teams in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a passion for building great products
