Position: All-Rounder

We are seeking a versatile and motivated individual to join our team as an **All-Rounder**. The ideal candidate will have experience in both haulage allocation and office administration, with the ability to seamlessly manage a variety of tasks. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being involved in multiple aspects of operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Day-to-Day Operations**: Assist in the smooth running of daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

  • **Haulage Allocation**: Work alongside our allocations Officer and assist in management and allocations to meet client demands.

  • **Office Administration**: Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

  • **On-Site Management**: Be present on-site where required to oversee jobs and manage dockets and allocations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in the transport industry.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
