**Location: Chipping Norton, Sydney**

Vertikote is recognised as one of Australia's leading and most accredited applicators of powder coatings servicing the architectural, construction, engineering, industrial and residential sectors.

We are looking for an experienced **Administration / Customer Service Officer **with a strong understanding of factory administration to join our customer services support team based at our **Chipping Norton NSW **facility.

This is a **HANDS ON** role where you will provide frontline administration services to our factory production teams and our customers. You should have relevant experience working in a busy office environment. Key aspects of this role includes working closely with the factory team to keep customers updated on their jobs and that key adminstrative functions are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
Working closely with other members of the operations group the main responsibilities of this position include:

- general administration work
- tracking of incoming production records
- Data Entry processing into a customised production systems
- generating invoices from completed work
- monitoring production schedules and completion targets
- manage front office and communicating regularly customers and suppliers
- production reporting, maintaining records and updating warranty systems

**Qualifications and Skills**

The person we seek must have:

- experience working in a busy office and / or production, factory environment
- proven Data Entry & MS Office (Word, Excel) competency skills
- a high level of accuracy with strong attention to detail
- excellent communication skills - written and verbal English
- a proven customer service focus
- ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- enthusiastic work ethic and be a reliable and dependable person
- a confident and professional demeanour in all situations

Note:

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- administration: 2 years (preferred)
