We are looking for a dedicated Level 1 Service Desk Analyst to join our dynamic team in Fyshwick, Canberra.

Role Overview:

As a Level 1 Service Desk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing proficient and timely technical support to our clients. This involves troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications, networking, and telephony issues. Your analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills will be essential in resolving technical challenges effectively.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Provide remote service desk support to a variety of environments from users.
  • Desktop, server and application support within Microsoft AD and Exchange environments.
  • Support Terminal Services environments hosted in the cloud.
  • Perform a wide variety of Level 1 support across many technologies.

Requirements:

  • Desktop support knowledge. You must be familiar with end user support and Active Directory to be considered for this role.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and Exchange.
  • A general knowledge of technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall.
  • An understanding of backup systems and software.
  • An understanding of ITIL and customer service principles would be highly regarded.
  • Excellent written skills, with a great phone manner.
  • Great attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Fast and accurate keyboard skills, with proper spelling and grammar.
  • Experience working with an IT outsourcer or service provider.
  • Office 365 experience.

Prerequisites:

  • Only applicants with full working rights in Australia will be considered
  • A driver's license is highly regarded
  • Ability to successfully complete a police check
