Join our dedicated team as a Fixed Term Full-Time Teacher (fixed-term until Dec 2026) — Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day in our Kindergarten room — and play a vital role in creating a nurturing, play-based learning experience for our little ones

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver engaging programs grounded in the Early Years Learning Framework, fostering children's leadership in their learning journey.
• Observe and respond to each child's strengths, supporting self-regulation, empathy, social skills, and autonomy.
• Build positive, inclusive environments where children feel secure, valued and empowered to "slow down" and explore
• Engage in ongoing reflection and collaboration, sharing insights and strategies within your team and across the wider C&K network.

What you'll bring

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

• An ACECQA approved bachelor's degree of Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• Current Police Check current
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide.
