The Role

We're looking for an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) who will:

  • Lead a Kindergarten program aligned with the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG) and EYLF v2.0.
  • Create engaging, inclusive, and meaningful learning experiences for all children.
  • Build strong, respectful partnerships with families, educators, and the community.
  • Support and mentor educators to ensure best practice and high-quality outcomes.
  • Contribute to our Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) and uphold National Quality Standards (NQS).

About You

You are an educator who believes in relationships, reflection, and lifelong learning. You'll also bring:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
  • Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for inclusive education and supporting every child's potential
