About You:

  • Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or willing to obtain
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and a collaborative, team-focused attitude

About the Role:

As our ECT, you'll work alongside our experienced lead ECT and Service Manager to:

  • Support the planning and delivery of a high-quality educational program
  • Build nurturing and responsive relationships with children and families
  • Contribute to documentation and reflections
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

Sandstone Lakes, QLD – A serene community close to nature, with a strong local network and supportive families.
