**Job Description**:
Based in Pinkenba, this well established organisation, who are continuously growing in an exciting industry, is currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their team.

We will be interviewing immediately for an ASAP start.

You will be responsible for:

- Answering calls & enquiries relating to products, price & availability and orders
- Processing high volume customer orders - accuracy is highly important
- Coordinate delivery schedules
- Organising transport and deliveries
- Liaise with Logistics team and Customers to process back orders
- Liaise with and provide support to the sales team
- Process customer invoices & credits
- Plus more
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Previous Customer Service experience within a Logistics, transport or manufacturing company will be highly regarded
- Strong Communication skills
- High data entry accuracy
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills/admin skills
