We are looking for a passionate Associate Product Manager to join our Marketing team at HARTMANN. This is permanent full-time role, and it would be perfect for an organised team player, who is passionate about marketing in healthcare and is ready to learn and to make a real difference.

About The Role
Reporting into the Senior Product Manager, Skin Care you will be responsible for the execution of strategic marketing activities and campaigns to support the growth and brand recognition. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support the development and execution of the skin care product strategy & lifecycle, including product launches and discontinuations.
  • Provide technical product support and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Deliver internal product training and support competency development.
  • Support the execution of the Skin Care Marketing plan.
  • Conduct market research and prepare competitive analysis to support product positioning.
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing to advocate for customer needs.
  • Work closely with other Product Managers and marketing assistant to align programs and campaigns.

About You
Qualifications & Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or other relevant discipline
  • 2 years of previous marketing experience
  • Experience in healthcare marketing is advantageous
