As a Senior or Associate-level Civil Designer, you'll have the opportunity to work on landmark transport infrastructure projects that are shaping Queensland's future. You will:

  • Lead the design of roads, drainage, and civil infrastructure from concept to delivery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Apply Road Safety and Design Philosophy principles to enhance outcomes.
  • Mentor junior designers and foster technical excellence.
  • Engage with clients to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions.
  • Champion innovation, safety, and best practices in every design.

About you:

  • 10–15 years' experience in civil design within a consultancy environment.
  • Associate Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and local road authority requirements.
  • Advanced proficiency in 2D/3D CADD software and transport infrastructure modelling.
  • Proven ability to manage scope, time, and cost across multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing others.
