Job Description:

Justifya Ya Cafe is on the lookout for a fast, competent barista who's also a true people person to join our team in a busy, vibrant café located in Tweed Mall.

You must be confident behind the coffee machine and just as strong with customer service. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that includes opening or closing shifts, general cleaning, and making top-quality coffee under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing coffee quickly and to a consistently high standard
  • Delivering friendly, efficient customer service
  • Opening or closing the café as required
  • Cleaning duties, including dishes and café upkeep
  • Being a proactive and reliable team player

Who We're Looking For:

  • Barista experience essential – speed and consistency matter
  • Fantastic with customers – warm, friendly, and reliable
  • Hardworking and not afraid to get stuck into cleaning and side duties
  • Comfortable in a busy café environment
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
