About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Barista / All-Rounder who can work independently and confidently in a fast-paced café environment. You'll be responsible for preparing top-quality coffee and beverages while providing friendly and professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality espresso coffee and beverages
  • Create smoothies, shakes, and fresh juices to café standards
  • Deliver warm, efficient customer service at POS and on the floor
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area
  • Assist with opening/closing, stock rotation, and basic food prep
  • Support team operations and smooth daily workflow

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 6 months café/barista experience (high-volume preferred)
  • Strong espresso and milk-texturing skills
  • Experience preparing smoothies, shakes, and juices
  • Ability to work autonomously and handle busy shifts
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork mindset
  • Basic POS and cash-handling knowledge preferred
