For nearly 40 years, The Rev. Bill Crews Foundation has supported Sydney's most vulnerable through free meals, social services, medical care, and education.

Our new Blacktown Medical Clinic is part of our Social Health and Wellbeing service, offering wraparound care for people facing complex challenges. From medical and dental support to crisis care, food relief, and bill assistance, we're here to make a real difference.

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate primary care to disadvantaged and at-risk patients.
• Manage a varied caseload, including complex medical needs and emergencies.
• Collaborate with allied health, dental, and support staff to create holistic care plans.
• Provide referrals and follow best-practice clinical standards.
• Maintain accurate, professional clinical notes.

What We're Looking For

• We're seeking a GP who is passionate about health equity and thrives in a dynamic, community-based setting.
• Current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner.
• Strong communication and a collaborative, team-first approach.
• Confidence working with high-needs or vulnerable populations.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities with professionalism and care.
• Commitment to dignity, respect, and trauma-informed practice.
