With our continued growth, We are looking for Casual workers, to begin immediately in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) Homes and our Community Access Supports.

IMMEDIATE START FOR THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

What we expect from you:

·       Willing to work with Participants who display high-risk behaviours

·       Willing to assist Participants with daily living activities including:

·       Personal Care

·       Mobility

·       Community Engagement

·       Willing to lean to implement and follow individualised support plans and behaviour management strategies

·       Willing to learn to maintain accurate and detailed records of participant progress and incidents

·       Ability to work well in a team to collaboratively ensure the best outcomes for our participants

·       Foster a safe and positive environment for participants and staff

·       The desire to learn and grow within your role

Requirements:

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, sleepovers and active overnights.

·       Current First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

·       NDIS Workers Screening Check or willingness to obtain.

·       Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

·       Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and high-stress situations.
