IT Service Desk Officer (Level 1)
Do you have a year experience in an IT support role and feel ready to expand your current skills with a growing company?
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Service Desk Officer to join our Support team in Forest Hill.

Your responsibilities would include but not limited to:

  • Level 1 IT Help Desk, Email, Phone and Onsite support

  • End user interaction and support for users of all skill levels and ages

  • Hardware and Software Troubleshooting, maintenance and configuration

  • Server & Cloud Administration and Maintenance tasks

  • Monitor and report the performance, availability and security of systems.

  • Maintain documentation for the IT department

This role requires the successful applicant to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Very good English language skills

  • 1 Year work experience in IT support or similar role

  • Driver's License required

  • Police Check and Working with Children's Check required

  • High levels of initiative and enthusiasm

  • A strong passion for technology

  • Eagerness to learn and develop IT skills

  • Able to work well as part of a team, but also independently as required.

  • Good time keeping skills

  • A flexible attitude towards working roles

  • Technical documentation skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Product, Apps and Services

  • Knowledge of Microsoft OS platforms

  • Friendly customer service skills are essential

  • Tertiary Education and Microsoft certification will be favoured
