About the Role

Bella Manufacturing is looking for a skilled Fabricator / Coach Builder or Caravan builder to join our team in Warana. This hands-on role involves building high-quality food trucks, trailers, and container conversions from metal, timber, and composite materials.

You'll be part of a close-knit team that takes pride in creating one-of-a-kind mobile businesses for clients across Australia. If you enjoy variety, craftsmanship, and seeing your work come to life, this role will suit you well.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Fabricate and assemble custom trucks, trailers, and containers to client specs
  • Read and interpret CAD drawings and technical schematics
  • Cut, shape, and weld materials using a range of power tools and equipment
  • Work with the design team to improve build methods and efficiencies
  • Carry out quality checks throughout production
  • Keep your work area clean, safe, and well organised
What We're Looking For
  • 3–5 years' experience in fabrication, coach building, or a related trade
  • Strong skills in welding, cutting, and metal shaping
  • Confident reading and following technical drawings
  • A practical problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail
  • Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
  • Reliable, team-focused, and safety-conscious
  • Forklift licence (advantage but not essential)
  • Basic 12V electrical knowledge is a plus
  • Australian work rights are mandatory for this position
