Port Melbourne Victoria, Australia Buckford Illumination Group Pty Ltd. Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

We are a distributor of high quality lighting products into the Australian specification market. Based in Port Melbourne, we are eager to find someone who is keen to grow with us. This role is critical to the day to day function of our business.

The successful candidate will have an opportunity to learn new skills and be part of a high performing team, delivering outstanding projects across Australia.

The Role Includes:

  • Interpretation of lighting/technical specifications.
  • Generation of quotations within our MYOB software.
  • Liaising with contractors and wholesalers to coordinate delivery schedules for projects.
  • Liaising with suppliers to obtain pricing and technical information to suit project requirements.
  • Working with technical sales representatives to ensure information is correct.
  • Assist with securing orders.

Skills and attributes required:

  • The successful candidate should have industry experience in a specification driven background.
  • Ability to work in a team or independently
  • Ability to work under pressure, but able to manage their time well.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A great communicator.
  • MYOB Enterprise experience an advantage however not necessary.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.
