We're looking for reliable and enthusiastic colleagues to join our Deli/Catering
preparation team
, focusing on the production of high-quality sandwiches, wraps and other deli items for pre-orders and catering clients.

This is mostly a
behind-the-scenes role
, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced food prep environment, however, you will need to be available to support instore deli team as per business needs.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prepare sandwiches, wraps, and deli platters to order for catering ORDERS
  • Always follow food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across food prep and service areas
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in portioning and presentation
  • Support the deli team in store as per business needs
  • Maintain a clean and organized prep area
  • Assist with stock rotation and inventory for catering supplies

What we are looking for:

  • Some previous Experience in food preparation or kitchen work is required- full training will be provided on site
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Good communication skills and a friendly approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a non-customer & customer-facing role
  • Willingness to learn and follow established procedures
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland
  • You must be available to start work early in the morning between Monday and Saturday
