Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

  • Meet & greet passengers like they're VIPs (because they are).
  • Be the human GPS — wayfinding, guiding, and problem‑solving on the fly.
  • Provide wheelchair assistance with care, dignity, and a smile.
  • Keep queues moving and stress levels low.
  • Jump into ad‑hoc tasks to keep the airport experience seamless.

What You Bring to the Crew

  • Possibly language(s) in addition to English
  • Reliability, presentation, and a "let's make it happen" attitude
  • Customer service experience (aviation, hospitality, tourism, or events a plus)
  • Physical fitness to handle luggage up to 32kg (for baggage handling shifts)
  • A knack for making people feel at ease
  • Fluent English and confident communication
