About the Role
FeelDX is looking for a Sales and Operations Coordinator to lead our efforts If you are self-motivated, disciplined, love helping others, have leadership experience, and are skilled in storytelling, sales, and this is an opportunity of a lifetime to join an incredible company and exceptional internal team.
Working closely with the Operations Manager and reporting directly to Executive Manager, this role involves selling, learning, analysing and most of all, client and marketing management. Other duties will include but not be limited to:
- Reaching out to potential clients by phone, sharing our unique storytelling approach.
- Using your sales experience to find new business opportunities and build relationships.
- Tailor our storytelling to fit the construction industry, highlighting how FeelDX can help.
- Creating persuasive sales pitches and presentations.
- Managing our CRM system (such as ClickUp or HubSpot) to track leads and customer interactions.
- Assisting in marketing initiatives like social media management and content creation.
- Using PowerBI to create dashboards for showcasing the company's performance tracking.
About You
Along with a strong work ethic and previous experience in a similar role you'll:
- Be able to demonstrate a successful track record in sales, particularly via phone interactions, with a minimum of 2+ years experience.
- Have at least 2+ years experience in the technical aspects of Commercial Construction will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrate an understanding of diverse industries primarily the AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) industry, coupled with a love for storytelling.
- Communicate clearly, possesses strong organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Be proficient with sales and CRM tools. ClickUp & Hubspot experience preferred
- Be driven, adaptable, and enjoy diving into marketing tasks.
- Have full Australian working rights or permanent residency
- Have a dedicated Home office set up, a fast secure internet connection and be able to work without distraction
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management or related field
