About the role:
In the capacity of a Residential Support Worker, you will provide extensive support to individuals with disabilities within a residential setting, covering tasks such as personal care, meal assistance, hoisting, and transfers.

*At Gateways We Work On a Fortnightly, Week 1/ Week 2 Roster, Our Work Weeks Run Thursday To Wednesday. Roster Details Are Below:

  • NDIS Workers Orientation Module (certificate of completion)

  • Qualification in Disability, Community Services, Social Work or equivalent (desirable)
