Branch Manager - Moranbah (2hrs west of Mackay)

PERSOL is currently sourcing an experienced and highly motivated Branch Manager on behalf of my client, a leading provider of building and maintenance services. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the reins of a key regional branch, lead a dynamic team, and make a real impact on high-profile projects.

About the Role:

As Branch Manager, you will oversee all branch operations and housing maintenance works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You'll lead a dedicated team of 2 Supervisors and approximately 10 direct reports, supported by reception/admin staff. You will be the key point of contact for our clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring the branch operates smoothly and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring high-quality project delivery and team performance
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with BMA and other key stakeholders
  • Oversee staffing, rosters, and resource planning to meet operational demands
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and Drug & Alcohol testing requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance branch efficiency and service delivery

About You:
- Strong background in building, facilities, or operations management, ideally with experience in a regional or remote environment
- Proven leadership experience managing medium-sized teams (10+ direct reports)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Hands-on, proactive approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Comfortable operating in a remote location, with flexibility for FIFO arrangements if needed
