We are an established sheet metal business undergoing an exciting acquisition and rebrand to ProCore Sheetmetal, and we're looking for a dynamic Manager to lead the next chapter of our growth.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll oversee day-to-day operations, drive efficiency, and foster a positive team culture. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of the business under the ProCore brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sheet metal manufacturing team.
  • Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on business strategy and continuous improvement.
  • Manage scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation.
  • Support financial performance through cost awareness and reporting (training provided).

What We're Looking For

  • Manufacturing background – trade-qualified, engineering, or management experience.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills – a true "people person."
  • Basic understanding of finance (or willingness to learn).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to drive operational improvements and maintain high standards.
