Looking to broaden your horizons while advancing your career in some of Australia's most stunning locations? Marina Realty is seeking a dedicated and experienced Building/Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of several residential properties and manage the day-to-day operations.

About the Role

Marina Realty values people first. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of buildings and properties at Mackay Marina. The skills and talents you bring will play a critical role in maintaining high standards and maximising performance.

What Your Days Might Look Like

  • This position oversees 9 residential buildings as a Caretaker and several units as Property Manager
  • Keeping track of maintenance issues, building repairs, incidents, by-law breaches, equipment, safety and requests for work
  • Daily property walks to fast-track attention to Body Corporate or action as required
  • Keeping track of contractors and tracking results
  • Maintaining records, submitting quotes, processing invoices, liaising with third-party service providers and Strata Managers
  • Monitor by-laws, compliance, and monitor legislation changes
  • Prepare monthly reports for Body Corporate and attend meetings as required
  • Manage tenant and landlord relationship, including tenant selection, invoicing, inspections and financial reporting

What You'll Bring

  • 5 years + property and Strata experience
  • Good working knowledge of Body Corporates
  • MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Experience preferred with Console property management system
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
