Three Blue Ducks at The Farm Byron Bay is set on an 80-acre working farm and macadamia orchard, with views of the hinterland and Byron's iconic lighthouse. We're part of a passionate and down-to-earth restaurant group that values sustainability, good vibes, and genuine hospitality.

We're looking for enthusiastic Retail FOH team members to join our Produce Store crew. You'll be the face of the Ducks, greeting guests with a smile, keeping the store looking beautiful, and making sure every visitor has an unforgettable experience.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering warm, friendly customer service every day
  • Assisting with sales and transactions through our POS system
  • Keeping the store stocked, organised, and looking its best
  • Sharing product knowledge and helping guests with their selections
  • Supporting the team to ensure smooth daily operations

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in retail, produce, or hospitality (preferred but not essential)
  • A people-person with great communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work well in a team and thrive in a busy environment
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • A love of fresh produce, good food, and genuine hospitality
